We ensure our products are fresh, sealed, and safe. However, in case of issues, read below:

1.⁠ ⁠Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns unless:

• The item is damaged
• You received the wrong product

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Customercare@nutbloom.com with images and Video.

2.⁠ ⁠Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

3.⁠ ⁠Non-Refundable Items

• Products used or tampered with
• Opened food packages
• Sale/discounted items
